Chapman service share the same incompetence as the collision center. I should have learn from the experience. I took my Edge in for rear camera recall. It was doing what was explained. After sitting for an hour, I was told they had to order the camera. When I got in my vehicle and turned it on it said the hood wasn't latched. Things were moved around in my center console. I didn't mention anything about my front camera but somehow that was on the worker order. On my way home I notice my center console lights aren't on. I let them now the very next morning. When I go back for my camera replacement. I bring up the center console lights and there is no accountability. Every excuse the service manager can come up with was thrown my way. With all the events leading up to this point. They show no accountability or compassion for their customer. Then they wanted me to pay $199 to figure out why that wasn't lighting up. Chapman Ford is full of incompetence and no accountability.

My wife and I had a terrible experience buying a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Even though it’s a Ford dealer, I would expect them to standby their used cars. We bought a Jeep Wrangler from them with 35k miles and within 3 years and mileage at 75k, we had to trade it in because the garage bill was going to be $5k+ to keep it running. We put thousands into the Jeep. The engine light came on the first week we had it and took it here to have them look at it. They said it was a gas door being open (which is common) but looking back, I think they knew this Jeep had preexisting products. We’ll take full blame for buying a used car here but dealership and sales team seemed shady.

Had a great experience at Chapman Collision Center. I was able to get an estimate one day after I called and got scheduled for the work the next week! I was told my job would take 3 days and the car was ready the morning of the third day. Both Karen and Nick were pleasant and helpful. Nick even helped me out with some advice about another mark on the car. My car looked great when they pulled it up as it had also been washed and I think vacuumed. Nice job Chapman!

I am so thankful for the men and women at Chapman. They repaired my bumper and took tape residue off the fender, they cleaned black paint off the rear fender, cleaned the wheel rims and car so clean. I will recommend Chapman for the great job they do. My 2015 Camry looks brand new!!!!! Thank you Beverly
